Digitex Canada Inc is pleased to offer the Network Support Coverage Agreement to add to existing Service Contracts for clients in good standing.

The Network Support Coverage Agreement is offered at a rate of $20/month.

The Network Support Coverage Agreement covers any devices on valid service contracts with Digitex at the physical location of the machine it is attached to.

The Network Support Coverage Agreement includes support for Troubleshooting, Installation and Training for Print and Scan of the devices on Contract. It also provides related connectivity support directly related to the devices on Contract at the location.

This Agreement may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after a period of 12 months by emailing ar@digitex.ca
