Digitex Canada Inc, for clients with active Network Support Coverage Agreements whose accounts are in good standing will attempt to resolve any connectivity or print related issues at no charge. If you are interested in the value of a Network Support Coverage Agreement please consult your Solutions Specialist.

On-site IT Services such as those below are NOT covered by Hardware Service Contract

  • - After initial setup, installing of print, fax, and scan drivers on new/rebuilt PC's, troubleshooting drivers, scanning troubleshooting (E-Mail, Folder, FTP, etc...) found not to be the fault of the copier equipment (including but not limited to Client configuration changes)
  • - All software related calls
  • - Support of Custom software applications
  • - Support or reconfiguration of non-copier connectivity equipment
  • - Installation and support of advanced function/software (eg. SharpDesk, Google Docs, Card Readers, etc...) not agreed to in writing at time of sale

Remote IT Services such as those below are NOT covered by Hardware Service Contract

  • - After initial setup, excessive installing of print, fax, and scan drivers on new/rebuilt PC's, troubleshooting drivers, scanning troubleshooting (E-Mail, Folder, FTP, etc...) found not to be the fault of the copier equipment (including but not limited to Client configuration changes)
  • - All software related calls
  • - Support of Custom software applications
  • - Support or reconfiguration of non-copier connectivity equipment
  • - Installation and support of advanced function/software (eg. SharpDesk, Google Docs, Card Readers, etc...) not agreed to in writing at time of sale

IT Services Authorization Form
